Tunde & the Mystics is a documentary on the work of Tunde Jegede and the amazing collection of international artists and singers he assembled to create The Nomadic Mystics. The film follows them through the process of rehearsing, recording and performing and brings a unique insight into the working progress of a new music that traces and celebrates the legacy of the African connection with its Diaspora. The music transcends genre categorization and speaks solely to the vision of the artists performing music that speaks to our deepest emotions. The film features performances by the legendary Malian vocalist, Kasse Mady Diabate, Jazz vocalist, Cleveland Watkiss and the Kora virtuoso, Wali Cham.
